Tons of interview questions and appropriate answers are available at GeekInterview. Besides the interview questions, there are other good resources available especially for people in IT industry. There are freelance projects available as well as job postings. You can also subscribe to your area of interest. Pretty good site. Very helpful, very large website. A little confusing at first, but once you get where you’re going it’s great. This is especially useful to me as I am about to go out looking for a job, so I want to know what to expect in the interview
